I’m M.A. Wadood, a communication trainer, transformational coach, and the Founder of Awesome Institute and Founder of SpeakPro English Systems.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping 6,000+ learners take their first steps toward better English communication, greater confidence, and stronger professional expression.

But for me, this is not just about teaching English.

It is about transforming the way people communicate, think, and present themselves to the world.

Why I Created SpeakPro

I have worked with learners from different backgrounds — students, graduates, working professionals, entrepreneurs, homemakers, and aspiring communicators.

I noticed a common problem.

Many people understand English but struggle to speak it confidently.

They know grammar rules.
They know vocabulary.
They can understand conversations.

I created SpeakPro to make English learning practical, structured, and speaking-focused, especially for Telugu-speaking learners.
